Article about 100 EPA residents protesting at the Stanford Medical School about the 1967 Upward Bound program grant. The protestors presented nine "supplements" to be instituted by the new Upward Bound program if they want to avoid boycotting. These supplements included a continuation of the "sneak-out program," a program that allows students from Ravenswood High School to attend Palo Alto or Menlo-Atherton High School by living with a foster family, as well as the requirement for Upward Bound staff to donate part of their salary back to the organization, and a request for half of the Board of Directors to be EPA or East Menlo Park residents.
