Article about the life, service, and impact of EPA Community Leader David Lewis. Lewis was a leading figure in drug rehabilitation and the re-integration of parolees into society. Lewis won a California Peace Prize in 1995 and the Positive Image Award in 1992 for his work with the drug rehabilitation nonprofit that he co-founded, Free at Last.
