Sisilia Afungia, her sister Latu Afungia and Halaholo Vailala performing a dance on behalf of Miss Dorothy Sanft, the East Palo Alto representative at a Miss Tongan Pageant at the San Mateo Marriott in 1992. Miss Sanft was chosen by some East Palo Alto Tongan residents to represent EPA. It was the first time the Tongan community produced a Miss Tongan Pageant event in the Bay Area.
