Interview of the five Randall brothers (Walter T. Randall Jr, Andre M. Randall, Stephen E. Randall, Lawrence G. Randall, Derek A. Randall) by Meda Okelo. They were in town to support Bob Hoover’s EPA Junior Golf. Topics include: migration from Chicago in 1960 to EPA in 1962 because their father couldn’t join a union in Chicago; buying a house; their schooling; community life in the 60’s and early 70’s; moving out in 1978 because of drug culture; notable people; helping with voter registration; how EPA shaped who they are; Nairobi Messengers; Ravenswood Family Health Center and how it got established; housing, economic development and gentrification; and EPA future wishes including keeping working class people in EPA and job training.
