Article about George L. Abrams being appointed the manager of the soon-to-be constructed Bank of American branch at the intersection of University and Bay in EPA. This branch was the first of any bank to build in the heart of EPA. Abrams' work as the Bank of America Northern California coordinator focused on hiring and training socio-economically disadvantaged minority workers.
