Article about a general meeting of the Alto Park Community Council being scheduled. This Community Council was created to serve the people of East Palo Alto, Belle Haven, and the Willows area and create a clearing center for community problems that overlap governmental boundary lines and offer leadership for solutions. Each of the nine regions represented in the Council had a representative and renters were not allowed to be members.
