Letter from inviting Mayor Barbara Mouton to briefly speak at the 1986 National Conference of Black Mayors, held in Atlantic City, New Jersey on April 9-12, 1986. Mayor Mouton was the 3rd Vice President of the conference Board of Directors and was asked to introduce the conference sponsors during the Tribute Program honoring Muhammad Ali.Also included is a questionnaire from the Atlantic City police department regarding security and the draft program for the event. Carmaleit Oakes attended the conference with Mayor Mouton.
