Article about the City Council raising police officers' salaries 13%, putting them in line with other Bay Area police officers. If Measure H passes, adding a 5% utility tax, the police will get an additional 3% raise. All of the votes have not yet been counted. The Council also authorized the City Manager to enter into a contract to purchase Palo Mobile Estates.
