Full environmental site assessment for the Runnymede school campus, prepared by Northwest Envirocon, Inc. for the Ravenswood City School District. Includes an executive summary and recommendations, as well as full report and appendices.
This assessment found that the ground soil of the property was contaminated with arsenic from the 1909 Bay Road property via surface and ground water runoff. To further proceed with the Runnymede school campus project, removal of all contaminated ground soil would be required and a monitoring program to be instituted that included wells and periodic sampling.
