William Byron Webster Collection
User Collection PublicArtifacts donated by East Palo Alto resident and long-term activist. His collection is eclectic because he kept everything he could associated with East Palo Alto.
William Byron Webster, a long-term community activist, moved to EPA in 1974. He has been diligent and dedicated in his concerns over tenant rights. He has been an EPA Rent Stabilization Board member since 1992 and a champion of affordable housing as founder and long-time Board member of the EPA Council of Tenants (EPACT) and EPA CAN DO. He campaigned indefatigably for candidates and ballot measures, walking every street of the City many times over.
